Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping times
Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after processing
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays are outside our control.
Shipping costs
- One bottle: standard shipping rate calculated at checkout
- Two bottles: free standard shipping
- Three bottles: free standard shipping
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive the notification.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your ship date, email us at support@ayadaily.com with your order number. We'll investigate and make it right.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. AYA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch an error immediately after ordering, email us right away and we'll do our best to correct it before it ships.
